What We Do
The Office of Legislative Affairs and Program Planning (OLAPP) provides support to all FLRA components on all matters concerning Executive branch, Congressional and media related inquiries. OLAPP prepares the Chairman and Members for internal and external agency briefings and delivers communications including the production of the agency newsletter and numerous government mandated reports. OLAPP also supports the agency's strategic and financial development and serves as the FLRA's legislative liaison.
