DECISION REMANDING CASE TO REGIONAL DIRECTOR

On January 31, 1996 the Regional Director issued a Consolidated Complaint and Notice of Hearing in this matter, and a hearing was commenced on April 11, 1996 in Tampa, Florida. During the course of the hearing the parties reached an informal settlement. Counsel for the General Counsel indicated the settlement would be acceptable to the Regional Director, would result in a withdrawal of the charge, and has requested that the case be remanded to the Regional Director.

Accordingly, this case is hereby remanded to the Regional Director for such further action as she may deem appropriate pursuant to 5 C.F.R. § 2423.11(e)(1).
