FLRA Announces Appointment of Regional Attorney in the San Francisco Regional Office

Julia Akins Clark, General Counsel of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), has named Yolanda C. Shepherd the Regional Attorney for the Agency’s San Francisco Regional Office.  In her new position, Ms. Shepherd will assist Regional Director John R. Pannozzo in the investigation and resolution of representation and unfair-labor-practice cases filed under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (the Statute) in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.  For the full announcement, click here.
